He meets a disaster-class monster Dragon Veldora in that cave and makes him his friend. There he got his monster named Rimaru Tempest. He then meets a group of weak goblins and they ask him to be their leader.
Then The story slowly unfolds and Our little slime Remaru turns that beat-up goblin village more and more developed city. He added more monsters to his village and turned that little village into a nation.

Hinata Sakaguchi: Remember Hinata? She is not a new face but has very little screen time in season 2. Where she fought Rimaru because of some misunderstanding. Well, she’s back in Season 3 after her cool role in Season 2. In Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 she is going to Have a major role.
Masayuki Hinata: Now we have a new face, meet Hinata’s older brother, Masayuki Hinata. He’s a smart and fun strategist, and it’s his first time in the anime. It will be interesting to observe him.

Rimuru will have to solve the situation calmly as we know Hinata is not a bad person. She is just misguided by the Guild master about Rimaru. It is going to be a clash of whole nations. The Jura Tempest Federation and the Holy Empire will be going head-to-head.
